Ray is a Director of Niche and the founder of the company. Ray has been working in the Financial Services industry since 1996 following a successful career as a police officer.

Ray believes very strongly that the foundation of a good financial adviser is excellent technical knowledge. For this reason Ray has passionately studied and achieved the coveted Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and is a Chartered Financial Planner, which is the pinnacle for the financial planning professional.

He is a pension specialist with expertise in all types of pension rules and even provides advice to other financial advisers for the benefit of their clients (see Services to Other Professionals)

For a long time Ray has been a fanatical skier and owns a Chalet in the French Alps which he had built a few years ago. He is also the director of another company - Niche Pens Ltd, an online luxury fountain pen retailer.
